Case Solves

"The Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner in Tucson, Arizona, has more unidentified person cases in NamUs than any other single medical examiner or coroner office in the US.  Most of the over 1400 of these cases have either had traditional DNA or fingerprints compared to various databases of missing persons without success.  Thus when Investigative Genetic Genealogy recently became another tool in the attempt to identify unknown persons, the PCOME partnered with several IGG organizations in the hope of returning the identity of as many Jane Doe or John Doe cases as possible.  Moxxy Forensics is one of the PCOME partners in this endeavor and they have, within the span of 8 months, already provided the PCOME with the essential information that has led to three positive identifications of previously unidentified persons.  One of these three cases dated back to 1999 and the PCOME could not be more pleased to count Moxxy Forensics as one of our valued partners in the quest to maximize personal identifications and minimize long-term John and Jane Doe cases."

Dr. Bruce Anderson, Pima County Office of the Medical Examiner

Tucson, Arizona
